Had a great breakfast at Dishoom. Very good location in the centre city, right next to Westgate entrance. The service is amazing! Really love their free top-up for their chai drinks. Highly recommend chocolate chai. Ricky who served us today was amazing! Very friendly and attentive. Checked in whether we need a refill of the drink and check in on food. Will come back!

We had the most amazing evening here – every bit as wonderful as I remembered from my Dishoom experience in London. The food was absolutely delicious, easily one of the best (if not the best) Indian meals I’ve ever had! We came to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and from the moment we walked in, he was treated like royalty – complete with a thoughtful birthday envelope and lovely touches throughout. So memorable!

I had a fantastic lunch at Dishoom Permit Room Oxford. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by my server, Shiksha, who was absolutely wonderful. She recommended the Aloo Tikki Chaat and Chicken Biryani, both of which were excellent choices. Throughout the meal, she was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always served with a smile. I was also welcomed by Arya, and Shamir, the runner, ensured that my meals arrived exactly on time—just when I wanted them, without any delay. The service was seamless, and the hospitality truly made the experience memorable. Highly recommend this place for both the food and the impeccable service!

This place was a MUST visit in Oxford. The food was incredible and the drinks were to die for. Our waiter, Azraf, was amazing and took great care of us. I recommend the black daal and the mango lassi punch. We will be back for sure, don’t miss out on this restaurant!

We had a lovely lunch at Dishoom with my friends and were absolutely blown away by the food and the experience! Every single curry we tried was bursting with flavor — rich, authentic, and comforting. But the real showstopper was the jackfruit pulao — it was out of this world! So fragrant, perfectly spiced, and full of texture. And let’s not forget the desserts — honestly, all of them were incredible, but the mango kheer truly stood out. It was the ultimate end to a perfect meal — creamy, refreshing, and just the right amount of sweetness. A huge thank you to Evy, who took such wonderful care of us. Her warmth and recommendations, especially convincing us to try all the desserts, made the experience even more special. Because of her, we didn’t miss a single bite of what Dishoom has to offer — and we loved every bit of it.

Had a great time. Went to Dishoom as we had family visiting who were missing Indian food. Food was good as per usual for Dishoom. Service by Harvey was excellent. They brought us a warm replacement for a dish as it got cold from the aircon. Very friendly and respectful.

A really cool place. Great environment, nice background music. The breakfast was so tasty, I couldn't believe I was a having such great food. The latte was great. It is always so nice when you have a good quality coffee. I would love to come back many times.

The service was great. The food was very delicious! You cannot go wrong with the selections. We ordered the Lamb samosa, Aloo Tikki Chaat, Chef’s Lamb Curry, Prawn Moilee , and Garlic Naan. We had great service from Rucha, our server!
